The problem
An enormous number of Cisco ISE deployments are running in monitor mode years after go-live. They log, they alert, they authorise everything. The licences renew annually and the control blocks nothing. Nobody wants to be the person who turns on enforcement.
How we approach it
A current-state assessment establishes what is sound and what is missing — usually the infrastructure is fine and the policy work is what stalled. Then a bounded plan to reach enforcement: what would be denied today, which exceptions are legitimate, and a staged schedule to switch it on.
