Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Programs
A tested plan, not a binder nobody has opened.
The problem
Business continuity plans are written to satisfy a requirement and then never tested. The first real test is the incident, which is the worst possible time to discover the plan assumes a system that was decommissioned two years ago.
How we approach it
Plans authored to be exercised, then actually exercised — scenario design, facilitation, and the mitigation documentation that comes out of what the exercise exposes. This is genuinely differentiated: most security firms will not touch continuity work.
What the work covers
- plan authoring
- exercise design and facilitation
- mitigation documentation
